This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all programs, classes, and
services offered by Clea Enrichment FZCO, doing business as Clea Hall
(“Clea Hall”).
Cancellation Before a Term Begins
If you cancel within thirty (30) days before the official start date of a
term, you may request a refund by submitting a written request to
hello@cleahall.com.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Any
non-refundable processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted.
Introduction Term Refund Window (Initial Onboarding Only)
Families enrolled in the Introduction to Clea Hall onboarding term may
cancel within the first seven (7) days of the term start date for a full
refund of tuition paid.
This refund window applies only to the initial onboarding term and does
not extend to full-term enrollment or subsequent program participation
After a Term Has Begun
Once a standard term or program has started:
Non-Payment
If payment fails or is not received:
Exceptional Circumstances
Clea Hall may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit or refund in
exceptional circumstances. Any such decision does not create a
precedent.
Local Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived
under applicable law.
