Plausible Analytics: Privacy-first, cookieless analytics. Does not track users across websites
or collect personal identifiers.
Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel): We use Meta Pixel to measure advertising effectiveness. Meta
Pixel may collect pages visited, actions taken, device information, and IP address. This helps
us understand which ads lead to consultation requests.
Meta may use this data to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can
control ad preferences in your Facebook account settings or opt out at

We use trusted service providers including: Proton (email), SavvyCal (scheduling),
WhatsApp (optional communication), HubSpot (CRM), Stripe (payment processing),
LearnDash (LMS), Kinsta (hosting), Zoom (live classes), Meta (advertising measurement).
These providers process personal data only as necessary to provide services and are
contractually required to protect it.
To provide and administer educational programs, process payments, communicate with
families, deliver live learning experiences, measure advertising effectiveness, maintain
security, and meet legal obligations.
We do not use student images for promotional or advertising purposes.
Clea Hall’s Services are arranged by parents or legal guardians. We collect only minimum
data necessary for instruction. We do not use children’s data for advertising.
No Child Accounts: Children do not create accounts. All access credentials are issued
exclusively to parents or legal guardians.
No Student Images Used in Marketing: Clea Hall does not publish student photographs,
videos, or identifiable images on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of
residence. We apply appropriate safeguards including contractual data protection
obligations, vendor due diligence, and consent where required.
We maintain reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorized
access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, but we actively work to
reduce risk.

Session Recording: Clea Hall does not record live sessions by default. If recording is needed
