These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website,
programs, classes, learning materials, and related services (collectively, the
“Services”) operated by Clea Enrichment FZCO, doing business as Clea Hall(“Clea
Hall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, including enrolling and making payment, you
agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

- Nature of the Services
Clea Hall provides online educational enrichment programs, live virtual sessions,
digital learning materials, and related services designed for parents and legal
guardians, and delivered to children under their supervision.
Clea Hall does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal services.
Educational outcomes vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
- Eligibility and parental responsibility
Services must be purchased and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
Children may participate only with parental authorization and oversight.
By enrolling a child, you represent that you are the childʼs parent or legal guardian
and have authority to agree to these Terms on the childʼs behalf.
- Accounts, access, and security
You may be required to access an online platform (e.g., LMS or video conferencing
tools).
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information
Keep login credentials confidential
Notify us of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
- Payments and billing
Program fees are disclosed at the time of enrollment.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g.,
Stripe).
Clea Hall does not store full payment card details.
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Failure to maintain payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of
access.
- Cancellation and refunds
6.1 Cancellation before the term begins
You may cancel enrollment within thirty (30) days before the official start date of the
term by submitting a written cancellation request to hello@cleahall.com.
Approved cancellations within this window are eligible for a refund to the original
payment method.
Non-refundable processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted.
6.2 After the term has begun
Once the term or program has started:
No refunds are issued for unused sessions, missed classes, or early withdrawal.
Access to digital materials and live sessions is considered delivered upon
commencement of the term.
6.3 Non-payment
If payment fails or is not received:
Access to Services may be suspended or terminated immediately.
Reinstatement is at Clea Hallʼs discretion and may require full payment of
outstanding fees.
6.4 Exceptional circumstances
Clea Hall may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund or credit in exceptional
circumstances. Any such decision does notestablish a precedent.
6.5 Mandatory local rights
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable
local law.
- Scheduling and attendance
Scheduling may be managed via third-party tools (e.g., SavvyCal).
Missed or late-arriving sessions are not refundable.
Clea Hall may reschedule sessions due to instructor availability, technical issues, or
unforeseen events.
- Live sessions and conduct
Live sessions may be conducted via third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom).
You agree that you will not:
Record, distribute, or reproduce sessions without prior written consent
Disrupt sessions or engage in inappropriate behavior
Clea Hall reserves the right to remove participants or terminate access for disruptive
or inappropriate conduct.
- Intellectual property
All content provided through the Services̶including curricula, videos, audio, text,
visuals, trademarks, and materials̶is owned by or licensed to Clea Enrichment FZCO
(dba Clea Hall).
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or create derivative works
Share materials outside your household
Use content for commercial purposes
Limited, personal, non-commercial use is permitted solely for participation in the
Services.
- Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Interfere with system security or functionality
Upload malicious, offensive, or infringing content
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Privacy and data protection
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal
data is collected, used, and protected, including data relating to children.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the
Privacy Policy.
- Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Zoom,
WhatsApp).
Clea Hall is not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of third-party
services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms.
- Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clea Enrichment FZCO (dba Clea Hall)
disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Clea Hall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid
by you to Clea Hall in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, applicable law will
apply.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clea Enrichment FZCO (dba Clea Hall)
from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your childʼs participation, to the extent permitted by law
- Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in
the Emirate of Dubai.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding
arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), unless
mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable
law.
- Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page
with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes
acceptance of the updated Terms.
